These terms govern your use of the ALCAMI Manpower Limited website. They do not replace or vary any signed service agreement, employment contract or client engagement letter — where those documents conflict with these terms, those documents prevail.

Use of this website

You may use this website to learn about our services, submit a workforce request, apply for advertised roles and contact us. You may not use it to submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with its operation.

Enquiries and workforce requests

• Submitting a request does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed
• Any indicative timeline or price given in response is subject to a formal proposal and a signed service agreement
• You confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the organisation named

Job applications

• ALCAMI does not charge candidates any fee, at any stage, for any reason
• Advertised roles may be withdrawn or amended before the closing date
• You confirm that the information and documents you submit are genuine and belong to you
• Shortlisted candidates are contacted within 14 days of the closing date; we cannot respond individually to every application

If anyone requests payment in connection with an ALCAMI role, do not pay them. Report it to info@alcamimanpowerltd.com immediately.

Content and intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, graphics, structure and the ALCAMI name and marks — belongs to ALCAMI Manpower Limited or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish, sell or systematically extract the content without our written permission.

Accuracy

We take care to keep this website accurate and current, including service descriptions, statutory references and published metrics. Kenyan employment and tax legislation changes, and nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax or professional advice.
