Why we exist
Kenya's labour market has, over the past decade, become considerably more regulated and more competitive at the same time. NSSF, the Social Health Authority, the Kenya Revenue Authority and NITA have all tightened registration, remittance and reporting requirements, while the Affordable Housing Levy added a further layer of payroll compliance.
For organizations whose core business is manufacturing, logistics, retail or facilities operations rather than human resources, keeping pace with those obligations — while also managing recruitment, supervision and payroll — has become a significant operational burden.
